The capacity of the oil tank, the configuration of the filter pump and the clean oil pump, and the needs of the cooling system, are all configured to create the most optimal filtration. The centralized filtration system is designed according to the modular concept and provides sufficient backup capacity. This can effectively prevent downtime caused by unexpected failures and ensure the normal operation of production when maintenance is required.
Each TRANSOR Filtration System is individually designed to meet the special needs of different customers, including supporting the number of grinders, their use, and the planning and layout of the plant.

Magnetic Separator
TRANSOR magnetic separator filters larger particles when multi-stage filtration is required grains (>100 microns) of non-ferrous materials (such as carbon steel and high-speed steel)
Pump Station
Made-to-order custom TRANSOR Pump Stations can be specifically designed for multiple machines. ThesePump Stations are available for both primary and back-up options for any operation
Sludge Box
Standard on ALL TRANSOR models, the specially designed sludge box makes the disposal of debris that is isolated from the coolant oil, a simple and an easy process and also makes for a safe clean-up
Drag-Out
Available with any TRANSOR model, our specially designed, automated Drag-Out system removes the debris from the filter and empties it into a standard 55 gallon drum, making for easy disposal
Chiller
TRANSOR's refrigeration and temperature control system comes with plate exchanger, thermostatic control, or compressor refrigeration system, keeping the oil temperature control within the desired range
