Standard TRANSOR units are configured with a single filter vessel that provides up to 120 liter-per-minute clean oil supply, up to six-vessel systems that support multiple grinding machines for their precision filtration and cooling requirements.
TRANSOR filter systems can be installed on all OEM brands of tool grinders, wire EDM, single- and double-disc grinders, as well as many other precision machining applications.

Controls
Depending on your operator's needs, we offer a choice of a manually operated or integrated touchscreen to allow for more control over your filter, and how you perform tasks
Articulating Chiller
Providing a stable thermal machining environment by keeping oil to +/- 0.01º C, the TRANSOR chiller can be moved to either side of the filter, for unobstructed service access
Sludge Box
Standard on ALL TRANSOR models, the specially designed sludge box makes disposal of debris isolated from coolant oil a simple and easy process and makes for a safe clean-up
Automatic Shut-Off
The TRANSOR sludge-handling device will automatically shut off, and then send alarm for service if the unit becomes overloaded which can prevent damage to the system

Our systems are designed to customer specification and filtration is done with patented lamella filter elements, located in one or more filter vessels.
