TRANSOR’s larger centralized systems are customized to have 9
or more filter vessels to support more CNC machines. Each unit
is individually designed to meet customers’ specific applications,
and the planning and layout of the machine shop plant.
Factors such as oil tank capacity, configuration of filter clean oil
pumps, flow rate and pressure, back-up capacity, cooling system,
etc., are considered for each customer. This ensures our filter
system to deliver its optimal filtration performance at maximum
reliability without interruption on production.

Magnetic Separator
TRANSOR magnetic separator filters larger particles when multi-stage filtration is required grains (>100 microns) of non-ferrous materials (such as carbon steel and high-speed steel)
Sludge Scraper
The TRANSOR designed automatic sludge treatment system greatly reduces labor costs by removing sludge part of your process. It can improve the recovery value of tungsten slime.
Sludge Box
Standard on ALL TRANSOR models, the specially designed sludge box makes the disposal of debris isolated form the coolant oil a simple and easy process and makes for a safe clean-up
Drag-Out
Available with any TRANSOR model, the automated Drag-Out system removes the debris from the filter and empties it into a standard 55 gallon drum for
easy disposal.
Chiller
Refrigeration and temperature control system with plate exchanger, thermostatic control, or compressor refrigeration system, the oil temperature control within the desired range.
