TRANSOR filter systems can be used with all brands of tool grinders. Standard Centralized Filtration System Packages, including models from one-to-one to one-to-nine, can meet the needs of different customers for precision filtration.
Our filter systems are designed and adapted to customer specification and filtration is done with patented lamella filter elements, which are located in one or more filter vessels. The size and number of filter vessels depends on the application and oil flow. Filter elements are mounted in filter vessels which are divided into different groups.

Controls
Depending on your operator's needs, we offer a choice of a manually operated or integrated touchscreen to allow for more control over your filter, and how you perform tasks
Articulating Chiller
Providing a stable thermal machining environment by keeping the oil to +/-0.1ºC, the TRANSOR chiller can be moved to either side of the filter, for unobstructed service access
Sludge Removal
Two options for sludge removal are available: Automated drag-out and disposal into 55 gallon cans or the traditional sludge box for simple disposal of machined material
Automatic Shut-Off
The TRANSOR sludge-handling device will automatically shut off, and then send an alarm for service if the unit becomes overloaded which can prevent damage to the system
