Every Transor user has experienced increased cycle times due to Ultra-Fine Filtration.  With less debris from the oil clogging grinding/honing wheels, EDM electrodes or interfering in multi-axis machining, customers report anywhere from 10% to 25% increase in cycle time resulting in more parts per hour.

Easy Disposal of Debris

The unique design of Transor Systems with automated backflushing removes the debris from the filter for easy disposal or reclamation. There are two options available with each system – the handy disposable bag, or an automated “drag-out” that deposits debris in a 55-gallon drum.  Both require minimal operator involvement and eliminate the messy process of other filtration systems. In the case of carbide cutting tools, the carbide residue can easily be reclaimed for dollars.
